Swanwick Hall manege

Paralympian Gold medal winner Lee Pearson CBE proposes to run dressage clinics at Swanwick Hall, through an application for an outdoor all-weather riding arena (a 60 x 30m manege) with 22 parking places.

The application states that the applicant, Mrs Gilchrist-Dick, would be able to pursue dressage and show-jumping activities and includes plans to “satisfy the demand for a full range of equestrian pursuits as well as the rehabilitation of injured equines” by Macclesfield vet Gabrielle Kerfoot.

Comments to Cheshire East on the application ref 13/4478C  should be made by 20th November 2013.

  1. This application was approved on 18th Dec 2013 ‘for private use only and shall not be used in connection with any commercial enterprise such as livery stables or a riding school.’ Floodlights would need a further application.
