The findings of the appeal for 880 houses at Shavington’s Gresty Lane, which starts today, could be critical.  Before leaving the planning post, Nick Boles wrote to the Inspector concerned to give “especial attention to the evidence put forward by all parties on the five year housing land supply position across Cheshire East”.
