Neighbourhood Plan guides

Neighbourhood Planning is a way for local communities to shape the development of the area in which they live.  Brandon Lewis MP Planning Minister [Nov17th] “local plans are key. Then even better to also have neighbourhood plan. That is what gives local power and local say.”

Brandon Lewis tweets CPRE today that he looks “forward to working together to maximise brownfield land use”  following CPRE’s [Campaign to Protect Rural England] report this week that includes a series of recommendations that would make brownfield land more attractive to developers and encourage local authorities to do more to identify suitable sites…a million homes on Brownfield land.
