Afternoon Tea with Mrs Kettle 9th June

For one afternoon only, on the official birthday of Her Majesty the Queen, Mrs Margaret Kettle – Goostrey’s most well known Rose Queen – has kindly agreed to recount memories of her long life and times in Goostrey in a friendly “Michael Parkinson style” interview with Group Scout Leader, David Giles.

2:30 – 4:30 Tea and cakes will be served from 3.30 pm.

Tickets – £5 each, in advance only please – are available from Goostrey Village Stores, Goostrey News and the Trading Post.
