Christmas Tree collection 11-14th Jan

If you like being organised you could arrange now for your Christmas Tree to be collected/recycled after the big day. (I will repost this after Christmas too!)  Click the link below.
The simplest, greenest and most charitable way to get rid of your Christmas tree is to get involved in St Luke’s Hospice’s Christmas Tree Recycling Scheme.
St. Luke’s: “We all ‘joyfully’ choose our Christmas tree and transport it home ready to dress for the festive period.  However after 12th night when its needles are dropping the thought of taking it to the tip or chopping it up to fit into your bin is less appealing.
So, did you know St Luke’s and a team of volunteers will collect your tree on the weekend of 11-14th January 2017 for a donation?
We work with our own hospice volunteers and our lovely friends from Rotary and Round Table, SP Energy and Melody Corporation and we are also supported by Reaseheath College, East Cheshire Council, Holmes Chapel Scouts and ANSA.”
The trees will then be chipped and shredded and the chips recycled.
You can book your collection by visiting www.charityxmastreecollection.com.
