It’s been a difficult year for many, our Christmas and New Year celebrations could understandably be low key.

So I thought I would present a night of uplifting stories, messages, and poems

You will be glad to know that I shall not be reading these but have secured the services of two talented Goostrey residents.

I will explain the background of these short poems/messages on the night but suffice to say our two narrators will bring these alive, striking home their poignant messages.

As well as her career in office administration, Jacqui has recently been pursuing her love for acting. She has appeared in various plays, short film and had a regular part in a radio series
