1st December 7.00pm Cranage Village Hall. M6 Upgrade:
“Cranage parish council have announced that Kate Bernie the Highways Agency project manager for the M6 Smart motorway project due to start in December 2015 will visit the Cranage village hall on December 1st at 7pm to answer questions from residents.
If you live in Cranage and surrounding areas then this is your chance to ask what are they going to do about both the noise levels and pollution, all of which are above the safe level for our health, there are guide lines from both the world health authority and the European union which show the existing levels far exceed. Studies worldwide have shown that this can lead to serious health problems and a shorter life expectancy. So if you can hear the noise you are affected and the pollution goes even further and contains carcinogenic particles.” Cranage Parish Chronicle
