LoveGoostrey hears that the committee date for the Hermitage Lane application has been pushed back to March 12th, and will be heard by the Southern Planning Committee rather than the Strategic Planning Board as originally advised. We understand that chicken farm application will be heard again on the same day.
Although Cheshire East have been making encouraging noises they have yet to be tested; we hope that these applications for major sites will be refused.
An application for development by Mount Pleasant has not been submitted yet following the public exhibition at the end of January.
A proposal for the Grange fields was on show yesterday – it has to be said that it is just a flight of fancy, not an actual application; so let us not concern ourselves with details at this stage.
