This week’s Spring favourite comes from Sue with her delicious Pseudo Trifle!
- Break up 3 Amaretti biscuits into each glass or bowl
- Using soft fruit of your choice spoon onto top of biscuit
- Tablespoon creme de cassis or cointreau over fruit base
- Top with yoghurt, creme fraiche or whipped double cream- or a combination!
- Decorate with nuts, and or chocolate flakes and serve with a brandy snap.
