RECIPE OF THE WEEK- PSEUDO TRIFLE

This week’s Spring favourite comes from Sue with her delicious Pseudo Trifle!

 

  • Break up 3 Amaretti biscuits into each glass or bowl
  • Using soft fruit of your choice spoon onto top of biscuit
  • Tablespoon creme de cassis or cointreau over fruit base
  • Top with yoghurt, creme fraiche or whipped double cream- or a combination!
  • Decorate with nuts, and or chocolate flakes and serve with a brandy snap.
